It's the Gluten Freevolution!!

We’re celebrating the Gluten Freevolution — You Should Too! 

It’s Gluten-free Awareness Week 2017 and we’re proud to be supporting the ‘Freevolution’ in raising awareness around the need for better accessibility to gluten-free foods; whether you’re at a restaurant, taking food away, or looking for something to eat on the go.

It’s our aim to support a variety of different dietary needs, and as research continues to show an increasing number of consumers turning to free-from diets, we’re proud to be supporting those making the move to new dietary lifestyles along the way. No matter what your food intollerances, we believe there shouldn’t be a compromise on taste, quality or quantity when it comes to selecting what foods you can eat. 

All six flavours of the Nothing But range contain nothing but freeze-dried fruit and vegetables. The freeze-drying process we use to make our snacks so deliciously crispy involves removing all of the moisture from the foods we use, so while all of the water is lost, our fruit and veg retains almost all of its natural goodness – and that’s why they taste so great!

And because nothing else is added, our full range is free from all 14 major allergens. Coeliac UK estimates that there are now over 1.3 million Britons — or 3% of British adults — following a gluten free diet, and with more people living active lifestyles, many consumers turn to snacking options as a convenient way to keep their hunger cravings at bay.

Earlier this year, our sliced beetroot and parsnip range won a silver award at the FreeFrom Food Awards; the UK’s only industry award for free-from foods. As we continue to support the free-from market with healthy products that don’t compromise on taste, we were delighted by feedback that praised our range for “covering an important gap in the market for children with FPIES (Food Protein-Induced Enterocolitis Syndrome)”
